My Latest Painting : Serenity

    Love the colours and how the mountains reflect in the moving water.

    Only thing I'm not sure about are the 2 trees on the right, they seem to pull my eyes towards them. I almost want to move the large tree next to the lake out of the way so I can see a bit more into the distance.

    The sky and the clouds are really good. Hubby bought me some oil paints for Xmas, so I've bought some small canvasses to have a go. Think I'll do a bit more studying of your sky first.

    Hi ,

    I love the composition, especially with the boat in the foreground. The water is just magnificent. There is such movement. Your use of color is what really makes this painting come to life. Nicely done!

    Your paintings are always so beautiful, full of vibrant colour and so interesting to look at.
